[BUG] sudden loss of AP per mob in abyss

bug: At level 29 almost 30 but not yet I suddenly get 3 ap less per mob in reshanta at the reapers. Per reaper I got 13 AP per mob. then 2 bars away from 30 I get 10 ap per kill. XP stays the same. It happened after I delivered the quests and started a new one. However I already did it 8 times so..
