Bug description: after removing one stigma at the stigma master, the stigma is in your inventory but also still in the window and you cant equip another stigma. only after relogging its fixed and the stigma is not inside anymore

I cannot reproduce this issue. Is it randomly occuring?

just did it again, it happens when you unequip one stigma, then you have in stigma window and in inventory. if you wanna put another one inside, its blocked
