halving the spawn time of normal mobs

Most of the normal mobs on all maps have a respawn time of 5 minutes. For the beta test and only me playing its ok, but if i would have 3 people around me doing the same quests its super annoying. Halving the time to 2 or to 2.5 minutes would be helpful. Thanks ~

Respawn time was reduced to 3 minutes for normal mobs.
