Bug category: NPC
Location: every map, especially elite areas
Bug description: monsters accuracy is too low. even on chain and same level or lower level than monbs i often dodge, parry or block. They need higher accuracy overall. Maybe magic accuracy as well. i didnt kill many magic monsters yet.

I will have to investigate more on this one, maybe in the same thread please share your gear, other mobs that you feel having low accuracy and stuff. Wherever you feel it matters to see. The exact mobs you are fighting , your stats ( how much parry/accuracy/evasion/MR/MACC) you have and so on.

i think you can close this. maybe i was too overgeared and didnt had problems on higher levels
