[BUG] Missing quest: The Seed of Evil

Bug category: Quest
Location: Sanctum
Bug description: Xenophon not giving the quest: [quest: 1910] The Seed of Evil, should give the quest with lvl 12. the item (Lepharist Crest) is dropping for this quest, so i think this quest exists.

Update: working now. Thanks :)
