Bug description: when a monster casts a spell and i go a few meters distance, the mob skill has no effect or dmg on me. Only ranger monsters skill work. usually the melee monster still should stun, cc, dmg you with their skills, even they are some meters away. The monsters must be in range to start cast the spell or skill, but once they casted, it should hit me.
How often does it occur? everytime a monster is using a skill and i walk away >5 meters.
Here the slime used poison spell, i was out of range, and didnt poison me. but it should actually
Testing the elites: here its a big issue. The elite are very easy to kill because i can avoid most of their dmg output.
