The quest objective (asmo side) is the NPC Heraloene in Jeiaparan Village.
Heraloene has a patrol route outside the village, which would allow the quest to be completed. Unfortunately, Heraloene remains stationary inside the village, making it impossible to complete the quest.
Heraloene's Patrol Route & Safe SpotThe Route: Heraloene spawns inside Jeiaparan Village. He does not stand still; he continuously patrols out of the village and moves down toward the water/beach area, then loops back up.
