Unable to cast flame bolt on some monsters, using keybind or clicking the skill does nothing. But on some other monsters it works. Every other skill i have works fine though.
At some point i was able to cast flame bolt on a monster on which it did not work previously, (all during the same fight), and i believe the common denominator was using CC on the monster or a knockback
