Bug description:
After accepting a quest, the quest marker above the NPC does not disappear or update correctly. Sometimes the "quest available" marker remains, while other times the "quest completed" marker appears even though the quest has not been completed yet.
Opening the NPC dialogue also shows both available and completed quest options incorrectly. These options do not function correctly, although the actual quest itself can still be completed normally.
Example: Level 16 quest "Clearing the Path" from NPC Kaibech in Mosbear Habitat.
Steps to reproduce:
Talk to an NPC with an available quest.
Accept the quest.
Close and reopen the NPC dialogue or look at the quest marker above the NPC.
The quest marker and dialogue options remain incorrectly displayed.
Expected result:
After accepting a quest, the available quest marker should disappear and only the correct quest status/options should be shown.
Actual result:
Quest markers remain above the NPC and incorrect available/completed quest options continue to appear in the NPC dialogue.
