The leveling speed especially after 30 feels too fast. It's like doing 2 campaigns to have 1 level up. Personally I think it's maybe a 2.7 adjustment back then to speed up the progress to reach end game faster. If you start 1.9 it would be good if this is lowered. Idk that there are some 1.9 files with different quest rewards but all quest give much more exp. Can you check that?
