Taunt I is so strong it can pull aggro from a very low HP mob from another player who dealt all the damage to it.

Not only that, aggro in general is not ok. I was almost killing a mob, singlehandedly, and after receiveing 1 heal from a chanter 4 levels above me, the mob stopped attacking me and went for the chanter, only because of that 1 skill.
fixed, looks good now
