Quest Flying Reconnaissance does not trigger the npc dialog when you bring the mob to the npc at the barricade. I tried several times, even trying to bring the mob with low HP.

I did it, you have to attack the mob right in front of the guards, but that is not the original bevaiour I remember. You just have to bring the mob to the guards the first 2 times, and last time you have to bring it but must be low hp
Another bug is, when you do the final part of the quest (kill zilota the seer) it shows the cinematic for the tursin loudmouth boss part of the quest.
