GENERAL IN-GAME, DISCORD & FORUM RULES
These rules apply to all Aion Nostalgia services, including the game server, Discord server and official forum.
By using our services, you agree to follow the rules listed below.
- Respect players and staff members.
Treat other members of the community with respect. Personal attacks, threats and abusive behaviour are not permitted. - Discrimination and serious harassment are prohibited.
Racism, hate speech, discrimination, targeted harassment and similar behaviour will result in disciplinary action. - Keep PvP rivalry reasonable.
Light-hearted PvP banter and competitive trash talk are permitted. Excessive toxicity, repeated insults, threats or targeted harassment are not allowed. - Do not impersonate staff members.
Pretending to be a Game Administrator, Moderator or another member of the Aion Nostalgia team is strictly forbidden. - Do not exploit bugs or glitches.
Knowingly using, sharing or benefiting from bugs, glitches or unintended game mechanics is prohibited. Serious issues must be reported privately to the staff. - Third-party cheating tools are strictly prohibited.
Using speed hacks, no-animation tools, bots, packet manipulation, modified software or any other unauthorized tool that provides an unfair advantage will result in a permanent ban. - Siege griefing and faction sabotage are prohibited.
Intentionally disrupting your faction, assisting the opposing faction or sabotaging siege activities may result in disciplinary action. - Real-money trading is strictly prohibited.
Buying, selling or trading accounts, Kinah, items or in-game services for real money will result in a permanent ban. - Account sharing is strongly discouraged.
The registered account owner is responsible for everything performed on the account. Staff will not assist with disputes, losses or theft resulting from account sharing. - Use appropriate character and account names.
Offensive, discriminatory, misleading or otherwise inappropriate names may be changed by the staff. Additional penalties may be applied when necessary. - Do not advertise other servers.
Advertising, promoting or recruiting players for other private servers is prohibited on all Aion Nostalgia platforms. - Political and extremist propaganda is prohibited.
The game, Discord and forum are not places for political campaigns, extremist content or inflammatory propaganda. - Multi-accounting is allowed.
Players may use multiple accounts, provided they do not use automation, cheating tools or other prohibited methods to control them. - Payments are voluntary.
All purchases are voluntary and generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. - Chargeback abuse is prohibited.
If a payment is charged back, the corresponding Toll, items or services will be removed. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account closure. - Staff decisions and rule enforcement.
Game Administrators have final authority when interpreting and enforcing these rules. Penalties may vary depending on the severity of the violation, the circumstances and the player’s previous conduct.

These rules may be updated when necessary. Players are responsible for reviewing the latest version and remaining informed about any changes.
