BUG REPORTING TEMPLATE

Please use the template below when reporting a bug. Reports containing clear and complete information will be investigated more efficiently.

Before submitting a report:

• Make sure the issue has not already been reported.
• Restart the game and attempt to reproduce the problem.
• Do not report problems caused by unsupported client modifications.
• Provide screenshots or video evidence whenever possible.
• Create a separate topic for each unrelated bug.

Topic title format:

[BUG] Short description of the problem

Example:

[BUG] Haramel final boss does not provide quest credit

Character name:
Your character’s name

Bug category:
Quest / Skill / Item / NPC / Instance / PvP / Siege / Crafting / Gathering / Interface / Client / Other

Date and time encountered:
Include your time zone if possible.

Location:
Specify the map, instance or exact area where the problem occurred.

Bug description:
Provide a clear and detailed explanation of the problem.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Describe the first action.
2. Describe the next action.
3. Explain when the problem occurs.

Expected result:
Explain what should happen under normal circumstances.

Actual result:
Explain what happens instead.

How often does it occur?
Always / Frequently / Occasionally / Happened once

Evidence:
Attach screenshots, videos or relevant error messages.

Additional information:
Include anything else that may help the staff reproduce or investigate the issue.



Do not publicly explain how to reproduce item duplication, Kinah duplication, account-security vulnerabilities or other serious exploits.

Report critical exploits privately to a Game Administrator. Knowingly using, sharing or benefiting from an exploit may result in disciplinary action.
